So with the gym, I never do cardio, but this week out in Ferntucky, Nevada I’ve been doing some mobility work and running wind sprints in the parking lot. I haven’t tried to really run fast since the last time I played basketball. So in two years no real running and the whole use it or lose it thing seems to apply. I never loved running for the sake of running, but I did always like the feeling that I could cover a lot of ground when I needed to. Mulling over a return to outdoor soccer. I think it would help my jiu jitsu and it’d be something cool I could do with my kids.
